Since all the products we sell are digital products, there are no shipping costs. All products are delivered quickly to your e-mail.
Delivery Options Overview
The products on our site become ready for use shortly after your purchase and your license information is sent to your e-mail address. All transactions take place online, and you can quickly receive and start using the product. Regardless of which country you are in, the product will be delivered to you online within a few minutes after the payment is confirmed.

Exchange or Return of Goods
1. In the case of digital products which have already been sent, the return or refund is possible only as long as the acquired product keys have not yet been redeemed! After the product key has been redeemed on the associated activation platform, redemption is excluded since the product key can be redeemed only once.
2. LicenseTen.com reserves the right to check the product key for validity within seven calendar days. If the test reveals that the product key has already been activated, LicenseTen.com has the right to refuse payment, since the purchased service has been provided as agreed.
3. As long as the product has not been delivered, cancellation and refund is possible at any time, even after expiration of the 14 days.
4. Customers must inform us by means of a clear declaration by e-mail at [email protected] about the decision to cancel the order.
5. Other reasons for return may be faulty products such as invalid or already redeemed game keys. This must be reported to LicenseTen.com within 14 days after receiving the delivery by e-mail to: [email protected]. LicenseTen.com may ask customers to provide evidence for reported problems.
6. Refunds will not be issued due to your dissatisfaction with the product or if your computer does not meet the minimum Product requirements.
In what cases is product exchange made?
- If you encounter any error after using the product, that product will be replaced with a new one.
- If you have not received the product yet and have chosen the wrong product, the product will be exchanged by deducting or paying the difference.
If you request an exchange or refund other than those stated above, unfortunately it will be rejected. Because the products are sent digitally and we cannot cancel the product after it reaches you.
